spikes and boots

shopping bag from f21. yeah don't judge. checked it out for the first time in awhile. have some decent cheap jewelry on there as well as biker boots for $4 DOLLARS! um yes!
why are they so cheap? i'm curious. i want to buy...as well as these two bracelets.. hmm.
