recipe: avocado cilantro hummus
umm are you kidding with this recipe? i cannot believe i stumbled across it. hummus is a staple in my diet. it's so delicious, especially with cut up peppers and vegetables. i could eat it everyday if that was appropriate. here is the recipe for this delectable looking snack/meal. (whichever you prefer to call it ;) )
*i've read it tastes great with grilled chicken, red onions, and raw corn in a tortilla to make a yummy healthy wrap! must try! (via)

beach hair
my favorite look. this amaze spray can of "beachy clean" really helps create those easy textured waves as if you just came from the beach. minus the crunchy feel of salt water, this spray gives you everything you want to create the best wind-swept waves. buy it here.
