umm are you kidding with this recipe? i cannot believe i stumbled across it. hummus is a staple in my diet. it's so delicious, especially with cut up peppers and vegetables. i could eat it everyday if that was appropriate. here is the recipe for this delectable looking snack/meal. (whichever you prefer to call it ;) )

Avocado Cilantro Hummus
Ingredients:
1 15-oz can of garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 avocado, peeled and pit removed
½ cup cilantro leaves
1 lemon, juiced
3 tbsp tahini
4-5 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in the food processor or blender except the olive oil. Pulse the mixture for a few seconds to chop everything up. Turn the food processor on and then steam in the olive oil and let blend until completely combined. Adjust salt if needed. Serve with pita chips or carrots, celery and radishes.
